Pricing

Study Data Hub offers a single subscription plan that provides full access to all features of our platform. The subscription is billed monthly on a recurring basis.

Your subscription includes access to all Study Data Hub features with no limits on usage:

• Organization-wide Access: All members of your organization can access the platform under a single subscription
• Unlimited Studies: Create and manage as many studies as you need with no additional charges
• Prelude Native File Processing: Upload and process Prelude native files for comprehensive study monitoring and analysis
• File Conversion: Convert Prelude native files to formats readable by other statistical analysis programs such as SAS, enabling seamless integration with your existing workflows

Subscriptions are processed through our secure payment partner, Stripe. Payment is due at the time of signup and will automatically renew on a monthly basis.

You will receive a receipt via email for each payment. All payment information is securely processed by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

We want you to be completely satisfied with Study Data Hub. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee:

• Within 14 Days: If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial signup, you will receive a full refund of your payment
• After 14 Days: You may cancel your subscription at any time after the 14-day period. No refund will be issued, but you will retain full access to Study Data Hub until the end of your current billing cycle

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. When you cancel:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will retain full access to all features until the subscription period ends
• No additional charges will be made after the current billing period
• If cancelled within 14 days of initial signup, you will receive a full refund

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. If we change our pricing, we will notify you before the change takes effect for existing subscribers.

The new pricing will apply to your next billing cycle after the notification period. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new rate takes effect.
