5.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to:

• Valid legal processes (subpoenas, court orders)

Your study data may be accessible to other members of your organization based on their access level permissions.

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
